Attention attention. Please help me and RR

Potential New radio system coming to town.
Be on the lookout for Kerr County sheriff's Office
New radio system to come online anytime soon.

I've been off the air a lot more then I'm comfortable with more so lately due to being constantly busy in my personal life, and not finding the time to scan the airwaves as I desire. I stopped by the SO today and saw a Bear com tech truck outside (A Motorola solutions contractor) and also at my new job in fast, I was able to strike up a conversation with a Sargent and it was said the new system could be up next week (this was told to me a week again) and was also told their radios should be able to work with anybody they will need to able to work with.

Fcc license

Link above Shows them to use the same frequencies
They already operate on, with 4 separate sites county wide

46302 Kerr County; Most of the KCSO activity is here and encrypted.

Hello my friend.. I appreciate you greatly for listening in. And reaching out... I'm happy that you found the other thread that has been the most active one yet... Makes me very sad that Kerr County Leo is now 90% encrypted... I was able to hear DPS over there repeater I was able to hear only the dispatcher at a point but since reset my scanner and lost that frequency.. I don't know if it's still active or if they are going to trunk

DPS should be 155.460 NAC 114 in Kerrville. They had a dedicated dispatch center there eons ago but it’s just an extension of the San Antonio dispatch now.

Kerrville DPS dispatchin is in San Antonio. My grandfather is a retired trooper. The dispatching left here long ago. Like early mid 2000s

Most troopers are on the SO primary for most calls and ops in the county, just like most counties in Texas that aren't a central metro area. But they have access to almost any comms they want and, of course, the DPS statewide band plan.
