I think there were plans for a third store somewhere in east or northeast Phoenix, or maybe at the Pavilions, but it never materialized.
Pretty sure I was in the Frys Electronics in the Pavillions sometime in early 1994. But, I'm also sure that I've killed a few brain cells in 30 years.

Pretty much describes all the Fry's I was ever in. Plus the employees that seemed annoyed that customers existed.
I've only been in three Fry's (Woodland Hills, Burbank and South Bay). Customer service was never their strongpoint, but there seemed to be one (and only one) individual in each store who knew the answer to what you were looking for. At least the stores' decor was interesting.

The Frys just outside Atlanta was one of two places I liked to visit. The other place was HRO. I usually bought computer parts at Frys. The counter guys seemed to be knowledgeable. I bought my last two Kenwood amatuer mobiles at HRO Atlanta.

Nowadays, Vladimir Putin could blast the greater Atlanta area off the map and I wouldn't care. I do have relatives in Buford, Georgia so maybe the cosmic sky God would spare them.

Two thing stopped me from shopping at the Fry's Electronics San Diego store. One was the lines at the return desk were longer than the checkout lines and returned merchandise was being placed back on the shelves with the return stickers still on it and sometimes obviously incomplete. No wonder they went out of business.

The location closed in 2021 and was torn down late last year to make way for an apartment building.
